I appreciate the thoroughness of the service department and evaluating my CRV even though it was just in for an oil change. He thinks one was a porter and one was a mechanic. I find it concerning that your employees are driving customers cars that way or cars that are waiting to be sold are being beaten. I don’t find this to be a new thing at car dealers, but someone should put a stop to it at a place that is trying to provide a good image . More
