I came in because I thought I needed a battery for my key fob. Bradley looked at it and identified the problem. The service dept confirmed it. They made a new key for me in minutes and got my car in right fob. Bradley looked at it and identified the problem. The service dept confirmed it. They made a new key for me in minutes and got my car in right away for the key(s) to be programed to the car! It was a wonderful experience for not having an appointment! The gentleman in the service dept (sorry I didn't get his name) was so professional. I will be back again! More
I cannot say enough about the kindness and patience of Bradley in the service department! I was disappointed since I originally called around to get a price on a hitch/wire harness install, I already purchased the hardware, just needed the labor to install. H of MH came in with the lowest at $500, so I decided to make an appointment. With them. When I dropped off the car, it was determined to be 3.5 hrs. The time 8 am at drop off and a call was made to me at 11:30 that it was ready, which included a safety recall. On the phone call nothing wasn’t mentioned about a price increase beyond the $608 (tax included). When I picked up the car, the final bill came to $888. Service called it extra time was added, not sure if it was the same 3.5 hrs. The other reason for the lower rating was the lack of quality control. After picking up the car during the day, the following evening we went out. While backing out of a parking spot, I almost got rear-ended due to not having reverse backup lights. Got home after this incident, reached under and inside the bumper, felt a loose and dangling cable. Called the dealership the next business day and had this fixed free of charge. More
