My husband Waited an hour and a half for his oil change because someone messed up which car was next and then you sent me a picture and report on someone else’s car claiming it was my car. Great experience until the end hiccup. Advertised rate was 1.99-3.99%. They gave me 8.5% rate with credit score 835/850 top 5% in the country. I was gonna call the purchase off but felt bad because it’s the first car for my graduate daughter. Not happy at all. Why they did this? Is it a minority thing? They didn’t know I can pay cash which I went home paid the remaining balance. I don’t like being talking advantage of. I paid $48 in interest and paid off the car. Makes me think twice now about going back. Service was great. Chris salesman was awesome to the end. He even came on his day off to complete the sale. They burned themselves by trying to sneak a very high rate on me. Big mistake. This is my 8th new Honda. More
