Went to Honda of Middleburg Heights on February 28, 2026 to check out some 2026 Crv Hybrid models. Made an appointment to see Tim King based on him having numerous great reviews on Dealerrater. Tim was great to work with, had a good sense of humor, was knowledgeable of the Honda Crv models, was patient but most important was very transparent about everything. He answered all my questions. The entire sales process was easy with no pressure or stress. The financing process with Shawn Cabell was quick and transparent. No pressure to buy extra coverages which they had but I did not feel pressured to buy. I was contacted by Jamie Camacho the Customer Relations Manager a few days after the sale thanking me for my business and letting me know I could contact her if I had any questions or issues. That is "great" Customer follow up in my book. So, I recommend buying your next Honda from Honda of Middleburg Heights. More

He was successful in providing what ever information that allowed me to make my decision. Then came Busniess Manager Issa Hasan, who made every effort to make the purchase smooth and fast. Extremely knowledgeable, like Gino he was professional, attentive and caring. Then came the time to go to the service desk to add some options to the vehicle that it did not have. Service advisor Gabrielle who was impressive in her professionalism, attentiveness, and caring attitude. She went out of her way to fit me in the schedule for that afternoon despite the short notice. I really appreciate all of them for going above and beyond thier duty to help me and ensure that my safety is at their heart. That is what I call extraordinary customer Service .
