Watch out! This dealship is cheating. We bought a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey from Brittney on 5/11/2024. After driving home, we found defection on the right s This dealship is cheating. We bought a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey from Brittney on 5/11/2024. After driving home, we found defection on the right side door of second row. We then contact Brittney and was told to drive back to dealship for inspection. We did it immediately. After a few days, we contacted Brittnney and was told that she will talk to the techinical guy after he came back from lunch. Unfortunately, she never called/email us. After a few more days, we tried to contact her again but she did not respond. The next day, a guy called us stating that the defection was not covered by warranty. Come on! This is a new car with defection. It is not supposed to sell anyone as is. He then routed us back to Brinney and as expected, she did not pick up. The phone was just routing to another guy and I told him we were sold a defective car by Brittney. The guy told me that the manager will talk to us. We had thought the manager is a reasonal person. We were wrong! He basically told us the vechicle was hit by stones after we drove it out of dealership. We also checked VIN and it was showing the vechicle was originally sivler color. We have strong beliver the vehicle has been re-painted and something happened to the car during that process. We have filed complaint to BBB. and will take other actions including legal. Stay away from this dealership! More
