**STAY AWAY FROM USED CARS**Sold a Service-disabled veteran a car, that sat in their service department for almost 2 weeks immediately after purchase. Found out the issue from the same date of sale couldn't be fixed within 9-12 months. Sales Representative Nicholas Palumbo, and Used Car manager Kyle refused to reverse the deal and return money for purchase. Car, key, and possession is with the dealer still. I have contacted the State Attorney's office for further action. More

This dealership’s service department is a rip off! A couple of months ago I was new in the area and had some engine problems so I went to this dealership. The service manager told me it would cost a A couple of months ago I was new in the area and had some engine problems so I went to this dealership. The service manager told me it would cost about $8000 to fix my car the “ right” way or about $7000 to do the “ basic” fix. I decided to wait as the car probably wasn’t worth that much. An independent mechanic was recommended to me by someone and 6 spark plugs and 1 coil pack later, my car was running great for less than $300. That is my one (and will be my only) experience with Bay Honda! More
