My wife and I said great because we had explained what we were looking for in the email. Arrived at the dealer about an hour later and we were met by James Parr with the exact vehicle we had asked about. Went for a test drive and asked if maybe a smaller vehicle than the Pilot we drove would be a better fit for us. James got us a drive in a new CRV and we fell in love. Made the deal and we were gone in a matter of minutes with our new car. We could not have been treated better or more fairly on any deal anywhere. By the way I did receive a call from the other dealer a couple of days later but was not even about the email inquiry I had sent them about a specific car on their lot. Again thanks James and Honda for your superior service. And a truly amazing vehicle!! More

It didn't stop there. He also took care of the turnover of our lease. We reached an agreement over the phone, worked with the finance department briefly on minor details, and less than five hours later, we had a brand new Honda delivered to our driveway. After a short negotiation we reached an agreeable price. Longest part of the trip was waiting for the "check out!" Buying a car is never fun, but the experience was pleasant and I would return for another vehicle in the future. More

Eric is the real reason we decided to look to buy a new Honda at Bay Honda to start with. Until we met Eric, we had decided that we would not by another Honda vehicle because of the way Honda Inc. had treated us in the past. Eric treated us so well that we started looking at Honda's again. Eric and Aaron are great assets to your company and to Honda Inc.. We don't want to leave out Kevin Rumsey, your F and I person.
