The customer service was great at first, but then I felt like I was completely swindled into getting work done that I wasn't made aware of in the beginning. I was sent an itemized list of repairs that were recommended to review and approve. I went through the list and approved and denied what I needed and didn't. Then I was called and asked the same over the phone. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle and pay, the total cost was almost $1000 more than the approved total. When I asked about it Allen V tried to tell me that I did approve it, even though I never even saw it listed when the recommendation list was sent. We went back and forth over it for a bit until finally I spoke with someone else, who took the charge off. I was almost in tears over this experience and I will not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced there. More
