So being in that vehicle was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Nothing directly on Honda’s part.. but a shuttle service inside the dealer would be a better option rather than trusting random Lyft drivers. More

When I called the service department I was greeted by Andrew, a very polite man. He explained that they were slammed with work the next morning and if I got my ca towed in that afternoon they would have Andrew, a very polite man. When they were closing I received a text that my car was ready. I called Andrew and told him I would pick up my car the next morning. He said I would be better to come after 10:00 due to the cars scheduled to check in that morning. When I picked it up, Andrew was so nice and pleasant to deal with.
