David tried to compensate us for their incompetence. His immediate supervisor, Sam Jones, reneged on one of the two promises David had made, but he would not admit that was what he was doing. We were very dissatisfied and highly inconvenienced. Apparently the problem was lack of organization and communication in the system and inaccurate record of inventory (tires). David was courteous and tried hard to overcome the problem and compensate us for our inconvenience. They kept our car for 2 days rather than 4 hours that was predicted. Sam Jones, who handled our payment, refused to honor David’s commitment to me, cheating us out of a $60 discount that David had promised. I finally gave up and paid the bill. He tried to gaslight me, but I knew exactly what he was doing. We have previously had good service there with Jeanine Maurer, but she was not there. We will probably take our business elsewhere after this experience. More
