I had a really bad experience at the service center today. I have always had an advisor come get me when my car was finished and go over the findings of the inspection with me but that did not happen t today. Apparently my car had been done for 3 hours without me knowing today and I didn’t receive any phone calls and was never spoken to by the advisor that checked me in again. I received the automated message to approve the recommendations and I guess I was supposed to just go hunt down the advisor after that when any other time I have had my car serviced the advisor came to me. Mind you I was sitting in the waiting room all day so the advisor never even took the time to look for me or call my name. I suppose it is my fault for not checking but I heard multiple employees talking about how they were running behind so I was just trying to be courteous and patient. My appointment was at 11:00 for an oil change and tire rotation and I left at 4:00. I also overheard another advisor giving a customer a discount for their long wait and I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. I used to drive to Tallahassee to have my car serviced and will have to go back to doing that now. More

I set an appointment for 11am for a battery problem and then was called and rushed to get my car before they closed! My aunt had to drop her car off for an alternator replacement two hrs later and her car then was called and rushed to get my car before they closed! The advisor was rude when I came to check on my car and I guess because my battery was under warranty and I didn’t have to pay there was no urgency to get it out!!! I was very disappointed because I had to cancel my own plans for Saturday when all I needed was my battery changed!!! More
