WORST DEALERSHIP FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS! These people aren’t trying to sell cars they are just waiting for the right suckers to come along and shove the money in their pockets. In the conversation when we first walked in the door, Matthew told us that getting a new car without what was considered to be an adequate down payment (which we later learned was $7,600) was “not going to happen”, even though he hadn’t run our credit yet. We sat at an empty desk for over an hour and not once did we ever speak to the salesman that was supposed to work with us. In fact, we were never even told his name. However, Matthew was the rep that would touch base with us every 15 minutes or so to let us know that our salesman was “working on it”. At the end of that long and lonely wait, Matthew came to us with a single sheet of paper that said nothing about the car we originally talked about. Instead, this was a completely different, older model civic that he claimed was our the best they could do for us. They also wanted us to produce a $2,600 down payment with a lovely low monthly payment of $722 on a 72 month loan. At the end of the conversation, when discussing any other possible options, Matthew condescendingly asked “Do you even have a $3,500 down payment to lease the car you want?” This type of behavior is unacceptable, and we will never be coming back.
