We purchased a barely used Honda with minimal hassle. We may or may not have not gotten the absolute best price (but it was certainly reasonable and comparable based on my on-line research), but due to the may or may not have not gotten the absolute best price (but it was certainly reasonable and comparable based on my on-line research), but due to the circumstances time and low-stress were more important that a few bucks. We probably should have explored equivalent new cars, but to Andy's defense that would have cost us more money. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got us in and out with minimal pain and stress. I live in Dover, Delaware. I found these guys with a internet search, and I'm happy I did. They're honest and the guys I worked with the most was very manerable. They was willing to work with me to help in anyway possible, defineately a dealership I would recommend to a friend. The only thing that rubbed me wrong was I had to come from dover to get my car off thier lot, because paper work was taking a long time. Then again, they're not running a car storage. Still rubbed me the wrong way though. More
Up until the day I planned to sign the papers, Honda of Annapolis, and especially Carl, were helpful and professional. It was on the day of closing, however, that Con, the Sales Manager (or GM?!?), decided Annapolis, and especially Carl, were helpful and professional. It was on the day of closing, however, that Con, the Sales Manager (or GM?!?), decided that personally insulting me was the best way to get my business. First, let me say that I am a frugal consumer. I do my research and determine the best cost/value proposition on the market. I do negotiate and actually enjoy the process. I do check many dealerships, and weigh the options and after sales service options carefully. In this age of impulse consumerism, these attributes are apparently so detestable, that Con (appropriate name for a car salesman) from Honda of Annapolis actually refused to sell the car I wanted after making a written offer. On 4/2/11, I was in Bowie MD and happened to stop by the Honda dealership there. They had the new Civic I was looking for, and with a different color that began to grow on me as I looked at it. I had my car buying folder in the car with me, so I got out H of A's offer and asked if they could beat it. They did. Carl, from H of A, had insisted that he get my business, so I immediately called him at the dealership to see if he could make a counter offer. He was busy and Con took my call. I explained the situation, and he asked if I'd tell his counter offer to Bowie. I felt no need to lie, and told him that of course I would. To this he sighed, took an offended tone and said, "Personally Sir, you disgust me. We are providing a service to the community, but you are trying to engage us in a price game. Carl took the time to help you and this is how you treat him. Sure, I can beat that deal even further, but I won't for you. Not even if you showed up right now, ready to buy, would I sell you a car." Needless to say, I didn't take his bait, took the deal from Bowie, and got more free stuff thrown in. I do wonder what Carl thought of having a guaranteed commission taken from him by his boss over an ironic, existential insult, but as this Con guy is a manager of some sort, I'm sure he's used to it. Our contact person was trey but when we arrived he was busy assisting other customers, and andrew was kind enough to assist us. We were very pleased w/ how smooth the transition was especially after the long drive. We would recommend this dealer ship to our family and friends. More

Unlike many, I hate having to shop for cars. In my view, most car salesmen are very pushy and, in terms of honesty, rank almost as low as the people in Congress. Thus, I was not looking forward to car shop most car salesmen are very pushy and, in terms of honesty, rank almost as low as the people in Congress. Thus, I was not looking forward to car shopping this time around, although my previous car was totaled (I was rear-ended) and it was a necessity. I am especially wary of dealers who sell Japanese makes. The record shows that Japanese cars are the most reliable (particularly Honda and Toyota), and my previous experience has been along the lines of great car, lousy dealer. To my very pleasant surprise, visiting Honda of Annapolis turned out to be a pleasant experience. Trevor Gilbo and Andre were pleasant, factual, helpful, and did not get into high pressure tactics. They were patient in listening to the many questions my wife and I asked, and they introduced options and alternatives we had not previously considered. I highly recommend asking for Trevor to anyone considering picking up a vehicle at Honda of Annapolis. We drove out of Honda of Annapolis in a great new Honda Civic, and we believe Trevor and Andre gave us a very good deal. More

Their price was more than competitive and offered a very fair trade in amount for my other vehicle. I have already referred several of my friends to this dealer and specifically to Andrew due to the service that I received. My family and I had the best possible experience. More

I love Hondas. Between Hondas and Accuras I have probably owned a dozen. This weekend my son and daughter-in-law arrived back in country after several years abroad and they went to buy a new car. Of course, owned a dozen. This weekend my son and daughter-in-law arrived back in country after several years abroad and they went to buy a new car. Of course, they went to this Honda dealer, as well as the Nissan, Toyota, and GMC dealer. To put it simply, the salespeople at this dealership are using "smart-xxx" sales tactics that were the norm in the 1960's. First they didn't pay attention them, then they didn't take them seriously, then they refused to negotiate, then, after they left, the received a dozen phone calls offering this deal and that deal, which they had refused to discuss hours before. My son was sick of it! He went to the Nissan dealer where he was treated like an adult, was not lied to, and he bought the car they wanted in a few hours. This Honda dealer has absolutely the worst reputation of any dealership in Annapolis. They are unprofessional, incompetent, insulting, and stuck in sales models that almost every other dealership has abandoned in favor of being truly customer focused. The only reason they sell at all is because there is a strong and loyal base of Honda customers. They buy HOndas DESPITE this horrible dealership. More
Was told over the phone, from someone in the parts department, that I could return an unused part for a full refund. The next day I took the part in, and the parts manager told me that I could not ret department, that I could return an unused part for a full refund. The next day I took the part in, and the parts manager told me that I could not return the part. He refused to let me talk to the other parts employees, and said that nobody had said that I could return the part. He was calling me a liar. I purchased a Civic from Annapolis Honda for my son 7 months ago, and we were looking to purchase another car from them next summer. My son had already picked the car out. Screw that. I can't wait to tell all my friends and post on the web how Annapolis Honda called me a liar. My son, a senior in high school, is planning to get the word out to all his friends. Annapolios Honda doesn't care about you the customer. That $130.00 part just cost them more then they will ever know. More
