I bring my Honda to the dealer because we purchased the extended warranty. So far it has not paid off to do so. On this visit I was having an I service and I had been hearing a knocking while turning at extended warranty. So far it has not paid off to do so. I was told that the car needed a lubricant and since I was out of regular warranty that would have covered it and the extended warranty did not cover it that I would need to pay $115 for the lubricant. I was frustrated. Tim called back later in the day to say he asked his manager to cover the lubricant. I really appreciated Tim doing this. In my head I had been thinking that taking my honda to the dealer was not worth it. The services to cost a lot more and it is out of my way. I had been frustrated thinking that I was already paying over $300 for service and then asked to pay $115 for a lubricant application. I am glad Tim went above and beyond. More
I was immediately received by the service personnel. They provided a reasonable expectation of my wait time and offered me a beverage. I waited comfortably until the service was completed. I was very impressed with Tim O'Keefe. I came in for my $400 service, and the bill went up to $1300 due to the need for new brakes and other things. I was upset, but Tim worked through the bill with me explaining each item and also gave me a few breaks (for instance, who ever heard of a $400 service that wouldn't include the windshield wipers I needed!?). While I still didn't like the bill, he was very thorough and helpful. I also saw him working with another man in an unusual circumstance, and he was patient and helpful. All in all, I was most impressed with Tim. More

I always feel like I'm getting the royal treatment there. Someone always opens my door, greets me with a smile, and ushers me into the service center. We review the work to be done and it's usually done in a very efficient time frame. The staff are always very curtious and upbeat - pleasure to work with. Especially Vic, whom I've dealt with many times in the past and we've become like friends. Outstanding customer service from everyone. Most of my friends/relatives would never bring their vehicle to a dealership because they have a preconceived notion that the cost would be prohibitive, but I've found the prices are usually pretty reasonable, the work is done well, and it's a pleasant environment to wait around in. Because of the excellence in workmanship and customer service, I will continue to always bring my car there and will most likely buy another Honda there (I'm on my second or third from them...). :D More
This service center is always friendly and quick. The minute you walk in they are doing everything they can to make it a pleasant experience despite needing to be at a service center.
