Your service department is excellent, as soon as I came in I was taken care of right away. Miss Madden asked if I would like a drink while I waited and I got a coffee. Oil change was done quickly, the rep explained in detail what was done and the status of my car....plus provided it for free since I had my last major service performed there. The reason I gave a "3" to the 'overall experience', and a "3" to the 'quality of work' is as follows: The technicians were not busy on the morning I brought my car in for service; as a matter of fact, they completed my car's service within 30 minutes. I asked that my car be washed and, if possible, vacuum the interior mats. Neither of those were done and the service department employee stated that they do not wash cars when the temperature reaches the freezing mark (it was 28 degrees). They did not vacuum either, and stated that the service of 'vacuuming' was only part of their 'detail' service...and I could make an appointment for that if I wanted. So off I went, thinking that it seemed strange why they couldn't wash my car. I went down the street to my reputable car wash/detail facility where they washed, waxed and applied wheel brightener. I paid $17 for a service that I should have received at Honda North at no cost to me. The owner of the car wash facility said there was no reason why a car could not be washed on that day as long as I was going to drive it for awhile afterwards, to let everything dry. Obviously I was disappointed in the service care at Honda North on this day, but I would still rate their 'customer care' very highly. More

Customer service was excellent, safety recall work and back door roller replacement was fine. Price seemed high for replacement rollers, and they did not clean the "track" that the rollers slide on (which back door roller replacement was fine. Though they vacuumed the inside carpets, I was looking forward to a complimentary car wash (perhaps because I received one with my last service there), but it did not happen this time.
