Took my 2018 Honda HR-V in for a/c service. After charging me $164.95 for a "diagnostics", I was quoted a repair price of over $1200. I took my car to an independent Honda mechanic who told me this diagnosis was bogus and could be addressed at 1/10th the cost! I contacted the service advisor Dominic R. and told him my findings. Despite his bogus repair recommendation, he refused to refund what was charged for the diagnosis. I will be contacting American Honda and the appropriate MA state consumer protection agency to report this dishonest predatory business. Honda North has lost a long-time customer. More

My recent visit to Honda North for service on my 2023 Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with his friendly demeanor and was very polite making me feel very at home given the current construction activities and temporary waiting area set up in a mobile trailer.
