Probably not going back I brought my 2009 Honda Accord in to Honda North because I heard some grinding in the brakes. I purchased the car 3 years ago from the dealership. For procedures that should have been done before I purchased the car (less than 20,000 miles ago). Anyway, I feel like the service didn't have any clue that I bought the car at the dealership nor did they care that I bought it there. I think this is the LAST time I'm going to be visiting Honda North. Oh. And when I went to start my car after a $750.00 bill...the car needed to be jumped. It's a 2009. More

I feel so comfortable at Honda North that I have leased 4 Honda vehicles and referred 2 purchases to this dealership in the past 3 years. More

I drove up to Honda North where I have gone for service in past years with my Honda Accord. It was only a few minutes before I was helped by the person who may be the service manager. I explained what was going on and the oil change was taken care of almost immediately. I think I was there for a half hour or less. After that was completed the same person came back, explained everything that was done/checked and sent me on my way to pay for the service. The young woman who worked the desk was very pleasant.and I told her what a pleasant experience it always is to do business with my car at Honda North. More
5000 mile complimentary oil change I was taken right in at 4:30 pm, told it would be 45 minutes, but was done in about 1/2 hr. They even vacuumed the front floors :) Very pleased! I have now passed my first Honda on to my daughter and have purchased my second Honda CRV. We had always been a "Volvo Family" but we have been "converted" by the performance of our Honda and the wonderful service we have received at Honda North in Danvers. During my most recent visit this week, Dennis Torres was our service advisor and he was highly professional and courteous and kept me update throughout the day regarding additional service that was recommended. He is certainly a remarkable representative for the company. As a small business owner, I know how important it is to have individuals who you represent your company with integrity. I would highly recommend Honda North to anyone who would like to have a most positive experience buying and servicing this next car. More

Quick, even for a busy day! Vic greated me and was very nice. She let me know there may be a slight wait but everything went rather quickly.
