Best experience I've had so far at Honda North I bought my 2004 Civic at Honda and this Service appt was the best I've had so far. Kim was great, she was so very helpful and informative. She took extra steps to help me understand sway bars. Joe the shuttle driver was great too, we had lovely conversation on our ride. Dead Battery This was my second trip in a week for a dead battery. The first visit they replaced the remote starter antenna but the dead battery happened again. The second visit they removed the remote starter and installed a new battery. Time will tell if ths was the problem. More
After my service was done and payed for I ended up buying a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled into the service bay was very thorough in going over everything that had been performed and would beed to be done in the future. He reminded me of the VIP service and I ended up driving away with a new Pilot that afternoon!!! More
