Service Experience Was driving my relatively new 2013 CRV when the maintenance light appeared. I drove up to Honda North where I have gone for service in past years with my Honda Accord. It was only a few minutes before I was helped by the person who may be the service manager. I explained what was going on and the oil change was taken care of almost immediately. I think I was there for a half hour or less. After that was completed the same person came back, explained everything that was done/checked and sent me on my way to pay for the service. The young woman who worked the desk was very pleasant.and I told her what a pleasant experience it always is to do business with my car at Honda North. More

5000 mile complimentary oil change I was taken right in at 4:30 pm, told it would be 45 minutes, but was done in about 1/2 hr. They even vacuumed the front floors :) Very pleased! During my most recent visit this week, Dennis Torres was our service advisor and he was highly professional and courteous and kept me update throughout the day regarding additional service that was recommended.
