Honda North Service Brought car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Also requested that rear tire on driver side be checked for possible nail/screw. Idle Air control valve replacement for my 1997 Civic Sedan When I quoted the price of the repair to my relatives, they immediately expressed shocking Oh-My-Surprise dismay at what they felt was an overwhelming When I quoted the price of the repair to my relatives, they immediately expressed shocking Oh-My-Surprise dismay at what they felt was an overwhelmingly high price. In reviewing my old invoices, it looks like you nearly tripled your hourly labor rate over roughly the past 17 years. And the markup on the idle air control valve seems very high. But the 10% loyalty discount is somewhat helpful (and other loyalty treatment of me in the recent past has restrained me from selecting a "Poor" rating for "Price" for this repair). And the service was great. More

A/C Issues 2006 Ridgeline lost A/C and needed extensive repair. A/C was lost again shortly after because another component failed. Steve and Mike took care of th 2006 Ridgeline lost A/C and needed extensive repair. A/C was lost again shortly after because another component failed. Steve and Mike took care of the problem in less than 24 hours, provided me a loaner (as they did for the major repair) and treated this last repair as a warrantee and didn't charge me. Their approach to customer service is phenomenal. That has always been my experience with Steve and Honda North service. More

Quick In & Out Came in for an oil change and wiper change before the monsoon. They said 45 minutes and gave me a couple free drinks. Maybe change CNN on the TV to ESPN or Fox news. I love Honda North and don't do business with any other dealership. More
