We purchased our current Odyssey at Honda North primarily because of the excellent service. I came in for an oil change recently and added an alignment and 15,000 mile check up and it all got done the same day, with a free loaner rental car! All without an appointment ahead of time. Everyone was polite and accommodating. More

Honda Service I was greeted at the service doors by a very friendly woman who asked my service needs and directed my car into the center. At the welcome desk I was I was greeted at the service doors by a very friendly woman who asked my service needs and directed my car into the center. At the welcome desk I was informed of the approximate time of my wait and was offered a hot coffee or cold drink. As I waited, I watched and listened to the young woman call owners when their cars were ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and read the suggestions that the technicians had for the care of their cars. Many people had questions and she handled everyone with care and friendliness. My car was serviced in almost exactly the time I was told. It was a routine new car inspection (I lost my front plate) so I didn't need the quick consultation. I was escorted to my car by one of the service technicians and wished a great day. More

I could tell that he had a good understanding of how a car operates, so I was confident in what he was telling me. I feel like Nate the technician really thoroughly checked the car and that we definitely got our money's worth out of the B service. I really appreciated the discounts he and Tim were able to find in order to keep the cost of the repairs down, since they were slightly higher than originally planned (due to some work that needed to be done, that couldn't have been foreseen until the tech actually began the brake work). I also appreciated the ability to take a complimentary rental car home so that I did not have to wait for the repairs to be completed. When I came back to pick up my car, Tim was with another customer, and Vic checked me out. She was friendly and thoroughly explained everything that had been done to the car. I've been a customer at Honda North for 11 years. In the last couple of years, the customer service has really been stepped up a notch. You've really developed a great team. Thanks! More

Service experience I was waited on immediately upon arrival, my intended service was reviewed and my loaner car was available, Mid-morning I was contacted about a coupl I was waited on immediately upon arrival, my intended service was reviewed and my loaner car was available, Mid-morning I was contacted about a couple of additional concerns within the vehicle and although it ended up costing more than I wanted to spend it was in my best interest to have the additional work done.
