Dear lisa8833, We are sorry for the numerous complications that our scheduling error caused you, your loved ones and the sitter as we believe you are 100% correct. Honda North is not perfect but we strive to do right by the customer every time and from the hundreds of reviews we have received to date, we are doing a solid job but still have many areas of improvement. One of those areas of improvement is working with our scheduling coordinators to properly diagnose the situation, review technicians schedules and set a realistic expectation with the customer. The appointment coordinators need to realize when we are over booked, people on vacation or call in sick etc., it is going to cause delays so they must schedule appropriately. We recently had another review with similar sentiment so we immediately met to review the appointment process and make corrections. Unfortunately, our updates to the appointment process were not implemented before your appointment but being employee owned gave us the flexibility to react promptly. On a positive note, we are happy that you felt everyone was nice as though we made an error, we are glad that the environment we create is warm and welcoming. Again, we apologize for disappointing you and would love a second chance. Thanks for the feedback as we use such responses as constructive criticism to improve our ways.
