unhappy with "scheduling" Everyone was very nice at the dealership but when I schedule an appointment for service I expect it to be followed. When I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment I was told it was going to be an hour and a half or two hours wait. I waited because I needed the service but I normally wouldn't have. I scheduled an appointment thinking I would be taken on or even a little past my scheduled time. Instead I had to wait over an hour before my car even got the garage. I had arranged child care and had to call to extend it which not only put them out but cost me more money. I am also a nursing mother and I had not planned to be there that long so I did not being my pump. I will return to the dealership only because I have a paid maintenance plan. But I probably will not schedule another appointment since it doesn't seem to matter and those who show up randomly are taken at the same rate as those of us with appointments I am pretty disappointed with the way the scheduling our lack there of was handled. I believe if you want to keep the scheduling part you should either make of the street customers wait or schedule less appointments. More

This happened on a Saturday evening so Sunday afternoon I limped into the service bay and spoke with both a service coordinator as well as a shop manager. They were very helpful and explained that the tire could not be repaired with any assurance for safety. I took their suggestion and replaced the tire with a new one. They did not have the tire in their stock but went to a supplier and had the new tire on the car and in less than an hour I was on my way. I feel the service was first rate and the price of the tire more than fair. A great experience but I expected nothing less as this is our third vehicle from this dealership. John R. Cascio More

I work almost 6 days a week and live about 45 minutes away, but I'll wait to make the trip to Honda North because I know they'll take care of me there. Never pushy on what service needs to get done, consistently ahead of schedule, remarkably friendly, and very quick to give free consultations on my vehicle (I've asked dozens of questions before and the technician working with me was able to answer all of them without hesitation). I have nothing but praise for everyone on the team there. Please keep it up! **Side note: This review process was ridiculously hard to finish...it kept making me re-enter stuff...may wanna fix that More
2002 Honda Civic Made an appointment for my daughter's car for service on Saturday 6/14 at 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and got right in and wanted to wait for a diagnosis. Th Made an appointment for my daughter's car for service on Saturday 6/14 at 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and got right in and wanted to wait for a diagnosis. The car had a problem with the A/C. They told me it would take a couple of hours to get a determination. When they came out at 11am, I was told it was the compressor and the estimate was around $1,080.00. and would not be ready until around 4pm. I arranged a ride from my wife and left to wait for an update. Received a call from Vic around 2pm stating they were having an additional problem getting the alternator out to replace the compressor and would need to replace the alternator as well for an additional $350.00 and would not be ready to hopefully 5-5:30pm. I had no choice and had them proceed. The car was finished at 5:30pm and because of Vic the total was capped at $1,200.00. Overall she was very compassionate about the cost and explained everything throughout the process. More
