1st major service on this vehicle Our service rep, Tim O'Keefe was awesome--went through everything needed, informed us of a software issue with the battery (that we were not aware of) Our service rep, Tim O'Keefe was awesome--went through everything needed, informed us of a software issue with the battery (that we were not aware of), offered us a loaner car (which we did not need this time) and was calling us before we even got home to discuss one other service that, while not necessary, was recommended. Car was done on time, was washed and pristine when we picked it up, and the difference in handling is noticeable. Although this has been mentioned before, it merits repeating--there are 3 Honda dealerships that are closer in miles to our home. We choose to do business with Honda North because they have never let us down and are exceptional in their professionalism. More

Quick Express Service I took my car in through the express line for a quick standard service, oil change and filter. I-Level Service In general, I'm happy with the service I received at Honda North. I was called when the multi-point inspection was completed and given accurate quote In general, I'm happy with the service I received at Honda North. I was called when the multi-point inspection was completed and given accurate quotes for the work that needed to be done. I was not super happy about the price - the cost of the labor here is very steep. In the end, though, it was my decision, and I didn't feel coerced into getting the work done there - it was really about the convenience and trusting Honda North to be more honest than a random mechanic I would have to find on my own. The only other feedback I have is that I had asked about a technical service bulletin regarding paint that was issued for my car when I made my appointment by phone, and I don't believe that they looked into that. Again, my fault for not bringing it up when I brought the car in, but I got up an hour early to bring the car in before work and my brain was just not functioning yet. I'll have to make sure to ask the next time I'm in. In summary, I am still a fan of Honda North, plan on continuing to go here, want to buy my next Honda here, but might choose to go with an independent mechanic with a lower labor rate for expensive repairs in the future to save money. More
