Not even 45 minutes later, my car was done, washed and vacumed. Service rep went over all that was done and what was scheduled next. Can't ask for better service. More

Even under those stressful, backup moments, the service staff didn't miss a beat by remaining professional. Add to that.....the weather was a beasty hot summer day. Steve and Mike took care of the problem in less than 24 hours, provided me a loaner (as they did for the major repair) and treated this last repair as a warrantee and didn't charge me. Their approach to customer service is phenomenal. That has always been my experience with Steve and Honda North service. More

In reviewing my old invoices, it looks like you nearly tripled your hourly labor rate over roughly the past 17 years. And the markup on the idle air control valve seems very high. But the 10% loyalty discount is somewhat helpful (and other loyalty treatment of me in the recent past has restrained me from selecting a "Poor" rating for "Price" for this repair). And the service was great. More
