A pleasant experience Had to bring my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for warranty recall and had oil change. The proceedure was going to take several hours so I was asked if I wanted to stay or get a lift home, which I did. When work was done a driver was sent to get me. All in all, this dealership is excellent to work with. I highly recommend Honda North for both a car buying experience and great service dept. More

Excellent Customer Service My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two tech My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two technicians on my case as the brakes and drive belt needed assistance. This was really kind of her, as I am 8 months pregnant and appreciated not having to stay there all day. She was wonderful. My only complaint is the cost of the repairs, as my uncle who is a mechanic believed I was charged too much for labor/hours of work. I understand that the cost at the dealership is typically more expensive; however, and that you are paying for expertise. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the customer service at Honda North. We always feel that we are well-served there. More

I was promptly greeted when I pulled up to the service bay, the time to complete the work was basically exactly as the service professional stated it would be, and the service professional went over my entire write-up with me before letting me leave. The car was washed and ready as soon as she was finished. Also, as a woman I've had numerous experiences at service stations and dealerships where men try to take advantage of that fact by selling me things I don't need or treating me like I'm stupid. That NEVER happens here. They actually employ plenty of women. I think it's pretty cool. Will definitely keep coming back. More

I noticed the car was washed but I didn't see signs of a vacuum or at least a good vacuuming. ..my car looked the same inside. I was a little disappointed to see it not vacuumed out when thats what was offered. More

Vic also called me very soon after I dropped off my car to explain what my car would need and everything was completed by the 4 pm time. I will say the dealership itself sort of overdoes the customer service a little bit: I received and email and 2 phone call reminders about my appointment--one would have been plenty--and the second phone call from Stephen Bouchie also "reminded" me that they're looking for used cars... I don't like that aspect of it, but my car runs like new and that's what matters to me. More
