I-Level Service In general, I'm happy with the service I received at Honda North. I was called when the multi-point inspection was completed and given accurate quote In general, I'm happy with the service I received at Honda North. I was called when the multi-point inspection was completed and given accurate quotes for the work that needed to be done. I was not super happy about the price - the cost of the labor here is very steep. In the end, though, it was my decision, and I didn't feel coerced into getting the work done there - it was really about the convenience and trusting Honda North to be more honest than a random mechanic I would have to find on my own. The only other feedback I have is that I had asked about a technical service bulletin regarding paint that was issued for my car when I made my appointment by phone, and I don't believe that they looked into that. Again, my fault for not bringing it up when I brought the car in, but I got up an hour early to bring the car in before work and my brain was just not functioning yet. I'll have to make sure to ask the next time I'm in. In summary, I am still a fan of Honda North, plan on continuing to go here, want to buy my next Honda here, but might choose to go with an independent mechanic with a lower labor rate for expensive repairs in the future to save money. More

When I got there and said I had an appointment, I was told they don't take appointments. When I explained I made one online at the Honda North website and asked if they wanted to see my confirmation email, the man said that they take people first come first served and "no one looks at the appointments". I felt that was really rude and my time wasn't valued as a customer. Luckily I was able to get in at the time I made my appointment or I would have been more upset. Why have it so that I can make an appointment online if "no one looks at them". I don't think that was something appropriate to say from a customer service perspective. Luckily I only have one more oil change on my service plan, as I will be taking my future oil changes somewhere that I can make an appointment and my time is viewed as valuable. More

Typical Oil change I went in for a routine oil change. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was not pleased that I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 and I w I went in for a routine oil change. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was not pleased that I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 and I was there early. But was met with close to a 2 hour wait time. Looked like they took a bunch of walk-ins before me. So what was the point of scheduling a appointment? If it wasn't for the overall quality of customer service, I wouldn't of taken my car there, or agreed to that wait time. More
A quick easy visit for service. Stopped in for oil change & tire rotation and I was out in about 20 minutes! Lucky was very professional and made sure I was comfortable.
