Good with one exception Service tech was excellent and experience was very good except at check out I tried to uses 50 dollar coupon for referring a friend. I was told at checkout that the tech had to take the 50 off she could not. Logic tells me that a cashier usually deals with coupons. Not here. She said I could go back to the tech and he could do it. I decided no as he would have to reprint the slip(many pages) I have had the coupon for 2 years and wanted to use it today and it wasn't to be therefore I could not give u all 5 stars. Need to try harder, sorry. Also cost was similar to what I used to pay for my Volvo a bit higher than expected even though it was stated at checkin without tire balance and rotation More

Greated by grumpy service tech Scheduled service online. At arrival to dealership service tech told me there was a 2 hour wait as he was walking away from me. Called service manag Scheduled service online. At arrival to dealership service tech told me there was a 2 hour wait as he was walking away from me. Called service manager the next day. Manager was friendly and told me to come in right away. Offered to fill gas tank for free. Service was quick but gas tank was not filled as promised. It was the same grumpy technician from the day before, so I didn't want to go back to ask why the gas tank wasn't filled. Stuck with a 60k mile service plan at this dealership, so I will send my husband to get all other services done. Hopefully it will be better than the first experience. More

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Worst experience of my life. I wouldn't recommend having a bicycle fixed there. My vehicle came out worst then when it went in. I had to leave there and head to another service area for a different problem that Honda caused. That service area proceeded to tell me that the problem that Honda North was suppose to fix was NOT fixed. Everyone at that service area knew about the rotten, poor reputation and service of Honda North. I only wish I knew before now. They even knew of the incredible awful reputation of the Service Manager, Steve. Steve Bouchie is so rude and ignorant. I have been dealing with the public most of my life and NEVER met a specimen like him. He shouldn't be allow to deal with the public. I also had dealing with Tracy and Mike, in which neither one returned my call. Thanks Honda North More
