Inspection Sticker service I came in on a holiday, at 3:45, for a new inspection sticker. I pulled right in and was on my way by 4:30. The time was just as quoted and what I exp I came in on a holiday, at 3:45, for a new inspection sticker. I pulled right in and was on my way by 4:30. The time was just as quoted and what I expected. My only comment is that even though it was only in for an inspection sticker service, my car was obviously heavily coated with salt from very recent snow/ice activity and although the car wash was operating, it didn't get a wash. I didn't expect an interior cleaning but a quick run through the wash would have been appreciated. Thanks, Bill Clemens More

above and beyond i scheduled my appointment on line, and needed a new passenger side mirror. well, they have to order the mirror, and it takes a day to arrive, but no i scheduled my appointment on line, and needed a new passenger side mirror. well, they have to order the mirror, and it takes a day to arrive, but no one looked at my appointment request until later tuesday, so it was too late to get in time. I had other service that needed to be done so i kept the appointment. Kyle was my service man and when I mentioned it to him when he was checking me in, he put an order in for the mirror, rented me a car, and kept my car overnight so I would not have to come back a second time to get the work done. my car was ready the next morning by 10am, and i was all set. what started as me being annoyed with on line appointment making ended with me being a very satisfied customer. More

Problems with stock This was the second time in a row (and with a month) that my scheduled service did not have the parts needed. #1 appointment on 12/20 this was sche This was the second time in a row (and with a month) that my scheduled service did not have the parts needed. #1 appointment on 12/20 this was scheduled online atleast a 2 weeks before the day of the appointment. I needed 3 new tire as suggest after my last oil change. Got to the appointment and there were no tires. Could come back on Monday but I was traveling. Scheduled second apointment right there on the spot. Also got a follow automatic call reminding me that I had missed this apointment--- I was really mad about that call. To not have the parts for a scheduled appointment and then get a call saying I missed it. Not good. #2 appointment on 1/10 scheduled in your office as stated above. Arrived and agian did not have all the tires! Fortunately your mananger on duty was able to get the part later in the day and get me a rental. But seriously I think you have a major logistics problem on your hands. (Everyone I spoke to was very nice and no complaints other than a focus on the football game) More
