Couldn't be happier There was some mix up with my appointment. It did not show up on my schedule. Vic Gillespie accepted my car anyway despite being a very busy day. I had originally planned to wait but when it became obvious that it would take longer because they were overbooked, Vic offered a free rental car which I gratefully accepted. My car's problems were fixed and surprisingly my airbag was replaced. Thank you. More

Perfectly easy experience. Courteous, efficient and thorough Vic Gillespie set up my appt for 90,000 mile check up, kept in touch with me during the day and helpfully explained what was being done. Aweome service in and out quickly Went to Honda for an oil change that was part of my maintenance program. Came up to the car right away and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes Went to Honda for an oil change that was part of my maintenance program. Came up to the car right away and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Gentleman who took care of me was very pleasant and helpful. He even put a smiley face on my sticker telling me when to come back. Love the service, thank you!! More

Scratches on my car from car wash went in for a oil change Honestly when I went in first time the man helping me had an addititude already then when I noticed scratches marks on my car after getting it back af Honestly when I went in first time the man helping me had an addititude already then when I noticed scratches marks on my car after getting it back after the oil change an car wash I hand dry my car found more then 5 daily big scratch marks went back guy who took care of my car before came back was not happy that I was back seemed annoyed was not compassionate at all an I was very upset an he could tell did not care then got a sales rep pretended he was a manager so he could tell me the scratches weren't from the car wash I left called the service manager who was very understanding an helpful an order to have my car detailed I thought that meant buffing the car out but my car was only detailed there for my car has scratches all over it because I simply went for a oil change an came out with damage very in happy I will never go back again More
