I was a little worried when I first got there. I had to wait 2 hours even before they would look at it. But everything after that went off perfectly!! The people are courteous and responsive. However, I would not presently recommend your dealership for service. 1. Had my 2023 honda passport for less than a couple of weeks. No one has ever However, I would not presently recommend your dealership for service. 1. Had my 2023 honda passport for less than a couple of weeks. No one has ever been in the back seat. The first time I moved the driver seat backwards,it the plastic rail cover broke. I brought it in, it was looked at my the service advisor and he said he would get back to me. He informed me that Honda would NOT cover the broken piece under the warranty. Honda said it broke due to me banging it. Ridiculous statement. Like I’m going to damage my vehicle on purpose. Horrible response to such an inexpensive fix. Also I was told to report the situation to the customer service Honda phone number. I I’d and after I explained to the woman who took my info, I asked, what’s next? Her response,” nothing, all I do id]s take the report” unbelievable!!! 2. I brought my Honda in last week,due to recall on the exhaust leak situation. I was told the gas tank was full. I drove 20 miles, stopped to fill the tank before returning and stopped the gas pump at 3 gallions. Obviously,someone did not do their job by not filling the tank. I reported this to you service team, expecting a refund. nothing was done. 3. When I first got the vehicle, I noticed a rattling in the driver side window. The solution was to apply some grease to the situation. Still not resolved. My feeling is Honda is doing a poor job resolving minor problems. This is the 3rd Honda I have owned. I see a major difference in service satisfaction especially for such easy and minor fixes. If this is the new way Honda treats customers, buying another Honda will be difficult. More
