Very positvie experience. Had to bring my vehicle in for airbag recalls and I got an appointment right away. I told him about my experience with the dealer in Arizona and that’s how they did it you got assigned a service person you only talk to them they talk to you and I told him I thought this was an excellent idea . And being out of state at the time I didn’t know anybody there and it brought my my problem to be a good outcome with the dealership and the work I had to have done . I have dealt with other service people not that they were bad but him and I connected in a better way . More

Oil change I needed an oil change so I took a chance that I could get in and out quickly. Drove right in. Tire issue Tire monitor icon was lit and had slow leak on 1 tire. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. Mechanic was able to plug the tire for little money.
