Very satisfied with service! I had to bring my Honda Pilot in for a recall. When I called for the appointment, the person that I spoke with was courteous and professional. I was g I had to bring my Honda Pilot in for a recall. When I called for the appointment, the person that I spoke with was courteous and professional. I was given a choice of several appointments in the next few days.The person that I spoke with gave me several opportunities to request a loaner vehicle for the time that my car would be in the shop. I declined the loaner as I live fairly close by. When I brought the vehicle in, I was met outside the service bay and directed to drive to the service garage door in front of me and told me that it would open automatically. After driving in I was exiting my vehicle when a man walked up to me and told me who to see and immediately began to vacuum the inside of the vehicle. The service representative was very courteous and apologized that it would take several hours to make the repair as it was July 3rd and they were very busy and were leaving early that day(6:00 PM instead of 9:00 because of the holiday) He gave me his phone number in case I needed it. He called when it was done to let me know to come in and pick it up.When I went to get it he went out and drove the car around to where I was standing in front of the showroom. They had washed the car for me. I am very satisfied with this experience. More
