Horrible service department treatment I am a previous customer with Honda North and purchased a vehicle through them and the sales department is excellent. However, I came in today to h I am a previous customer with Honda North and purchased a vehicle through them and the sales department is excellent. However, I came in today to have my vehicle looked at and was greeted with the most condescending attitude I have ever experience. I did not purchase my second Honda with them, but the car is still under factory warranty and I did not think it should be an issue to go to them to have it looked at. My first interaction was with Vic Gillespie, who when I walked in, loudly scoffed how "can't even finish my lunch" who then reluctantly looked at m vehicle and then said the service manager needed to be involved to look at. First, thats highly unprofessional to take out your lunch on a customer. The service manager then screams "who drives the honda pilot" in a brash tone. There was no greetings or anything, but I was treated more as a bother to him and was unprofessional and condescending on how he spoke to me. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would like to reiterate that the sales department is great, but apparently after you buy the car or if you don't buy the car from them, service wants nothing to do with you. The irony of your job is to fix cars and customer service. With lousy customer service like that, who would ever want to bring their vehicles back to you. More
Overall Experience Always treated with respect and courtesy. Kyle Quinn is the BEST. I always ask for Kyle when I bring in my vehicle for service. Clean, quick and helpful I was met while pulling into the service area and instructioned where to go. Checking in was easy. Great detail job!! Had my '13 Honda Pilot detailed & came back looking like showroom new. I then booked my 97 Ford Taurus also look great. Consistent, exemplary experience Kyle kept us updated and let us know that we would eventually need new struts but didn’t pressure us to do the service immediately. The service person working on my car was not made aware that I needed a state inspection after the service. When he was informed, it was rectified fairly quickly - still leading to an excellent experience overall. More
