I bought a car a few months ago and ordered the service maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change a maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and check out a minor issue that I noticed with the car. 1st the appointment was outright cancelled, - no call just an email. I responded to th service assistant Allison and received no response, so I rebooked the appointment. I received a call from them the day before the appointment telling me for them to look at the car I would have to leave it for the day. I told her that would not be possible on such short notice, but still needed the oil change. She was abrasive and told me oil changes are first come first service which doesn't solve my minor issue with the car. I was told I would have to make another appointment and leave it for the day. First impressions leave a lasting impressiona and this one shows the customer service is well below par. I wish I could revise my contract, I'd rather take my car to my regular mechanic, at least they treat me with courtesy. More
Horrible experience . I made an appointment for my car to be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was fina be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was finally finished . Courtesy rental fee $440 split in half after I was told by the service agent I would only have to pay a couple days I guess I should of asked what he meant by a couple . 6 hours of labor done in 11 days. For more info on my experience visit me at the dealership I will be there holding poor service signs with some friends at the end of the month. More
When it comes to deal with warranty works, this dealership will always giving you a good answer to deal with. “Sorry we can’t found the problems at this moment”. I will never buy or come in for ser dealership will always giving you a good answer to deal with. “Sorry we can’t found the problems at this moment”. Paid for diagnosis fee, and was told to replace a coil pack in cylinder 4. Replaced it myself, because the store wanted another 125$ worth of labor for a job that would take 5 minutes. Car still wouldn't drive after I replaced what was recommended. I then asked them to diagnose the accord again because the initial diagnosis was invalid. Then got a call the next day, saying they were refusing to work on my car due to the fact that I had not serviced my car at their dealership before. I thought Honda dealerships serviced Honda cars, not matter where they came from or what state they were in. Hands down one of the worst experiences I have EVER had! This is my first Honda, and I am not happy to be apart of this family :( Honda needs to look into their customer service quality control, especially at the Danvers service department... More

Vic Gillespie in the service department, and Sean Geyer in sales are to be commended for their great customer service. They pay attention to ones needs.
