In the 9 years that I have been taking my Honda to Honda North for service, I have received excellent service. I always make an appointment. The service managers are courteous, so are the greeters and cashi North for service, I have received excellent service. I always make an appointment. The service managers are courteous, so are the greeters and cashiers. I often wait by the TV, (no shuttle service for me, I live in the mountains) and enjoy hot drinks, a donut or some fruit that are available to all. Mid-way through the service I usually get an update on additional problems or increased costs. More

Very good experience. John Barron took charge of repairs. He let me know of any additional work that needed to be done. He gave me price quotes and also arranged for UBER to take me home and also to repairs. He let me know of any additional work that needed to be done.
