I bought several vehicles at Honda North and had all my Honda's serviced over there, had no complaints until a Honda battery was installed on my 2016 Honda in April 2019 , on August 3 2021 my battery was v Honda's serviced over there, had no complaints until a Honda battery was installed on my 2016 Honda in April 2019 , on August 3 2021 my battery was very bad and i went to have service put in a new one , according to the web site the replacement genuine Honda battery was covered under warranty and the service coordinator said over the phone it was I brought it in and was told only new car batteries were covered not genuine Honda replacement batteries , and was going to charge 197 dollars, I declined and purchased a battery for 60.00 less with a warranty I know will be honored. Big Bate and switch dealer. Dealt with internet person to start to insure var of interest was actually available as shown. After several contacts made half hour drive to dealer only to find car was priced $4 start to insure var of interest was actually available as shown.
