Both Curt Cowling and Eric Martinez are excellent. We purchased 2 Honda Fits, and both times we did business with Curt Cowling. Curt is just fantastic! The best car sales guy I've ever met. I wrote him an email recently regarding jump-starting our car (using one for the other) and he got right back to me! He continues to be very prompt and helpful to us, long after we made our purchases with him. I like that he will keep all the details in writing, he does not twist your arm for a lot of personal info like SS numbers, he does not continually hound the buyer for news on their decision, via phone, like so many other people in sales at other dealerships. He is patient and polite and courteous, and he only follows up to thank the buyer for their business. He is just very relaxed and considerate, about the whole process; there is no pressure. He is genuine, he is honest, he is a good friend. I just like the way he does business. We usually get our service done through Eric Martinez - also fantastic. Eric will call with our quote up front, he will tell us all the repairs they intend to make, he will give us all warning of what to expect. He outlines all the work that was done, carefully, and he gives us everything (all info) in a nice color-coded chart along with any recommendations for future work. Eric also puts us completely at ease about the car repair process; he is so easy-going and polite and friendly. I am always happy to see him there. We love doing business with him! Both these guys totally get 5 stars. Everyone else at Honda North has been great, too! More

I’ve always gone to Honda North for Either purchasing or leasing vehicles, and also for Service my vehicles. This last visit was NOT good at all. Got there at 7 am, ( no appt) but very first car in line! Ne leasing vehicles, and also for Service my vehicles. This last visit was NOT good at all. Got there at 7 am, ( no appt) but very first car in line! Needed a basic service oil change, the advisor said 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hr. Perfect, 2 hours later I called to check on my vehicle, the lady on the phone said it wasn’t ready, I said “ oh ok”, And she said it takes half the day to finish if you don’t wait at the dealership for the car. I said “what, so if my husband would have waited there it would be done by now? And she said yes!!!! Then I called at 4 pm and it was ready!!’ All day for a service when I was the very first car in the service drive way!! And they NEVEr even called to say it was ready, I just showed up ! Then they said my rear tire was leaking air and had a small hole!!! They said they tried calling but no answer!! They haveBOTh my cell and my husbands cell and we didn’t NOT receive 1 call!! It was excuses, so I left hours and hours later, and I still needed to go over to les Schwab to fix my tire!!! Had someone called me from honda I would have gotten my tire from there .... this has NEVER happened to me there. I’ve never been told my vehicle will take half a day if I don’t sit and wait at the dealer... and also the service advisor told me 1 to 1 1/2 and didn’t mention 1 thing about waiting with the vehicle for it to be completed in that time frame..... More
