Examined a used Ridgeline which had not been prepped yet and did not mind the fact it was still dirty. The salesman attempted to down play the damage on the truck. Ding in the front hood, very small dent in left door,etc. I saw a similarly priced Ridgeline at another dealer for just 7 dollars more but it was the next trim level up. I explained all of my concerns and observations to Tony the salesman and asked him bring it to the sales manager for possible negotiation on price or add on's. I took a while to explain the plusses and minuses, including what I valued in the vehicle under review. Tony went to Wahid and brought him out. At this point I expected some intelligent discussion on my stated concerns. Tony had not explained my point to Wahid and wanted me to go through the entire pitch again. A real waste of my time and very poor way to treat potential customers. Showing very little concern or respect to the public. Use this location to negotiate better prices at another dealer, but don't bother going here. More

His name was Jeff Lewis and he actually listen to me and paid attention to details and did not pressure me at all He called a few times but was not overbearing as a lot of sales people are. Even after the deal was done he took time to come out and explain how everything worked. This has never happend in the 6 or 7 new cars I have bought in the past. I also dealt with Peter of the finance department who was clear and imformative and help me set up the finances fast and easy. Even though, I had to travel out of my way to go to this dealership I high recommend to people that it was worth the trip. When buying a new car you don't need hassels so this is the place to go I know I will go back next time I need a new car and so will my boyfriend who was also impressed with Mr. Lewis and the others More
I had bought a Honda Civic from Honda North many years ago and when I was ready to buy a new Honda Civic I did my homework, got KBB, Edmunds info and had gotten real quotes from several other dealers. I met Chad Nobrega in February after I went in for a test drive. When I told him that I would not be buying the car that day, he was cool about it and I knew when I was ready to go in and buy the 2011 Honda Civic LX I contacted Chad. I told him I had 2 really good offers and he said they would meet it. When I went in that Sunday with the other quotes in hand he came close enough for me to buy from Honda North. Honda North give many extra's like free oil changes for repeat customers etc. The service department is great. Finance guy Peter Thistlewood made the finance easy. I was out of the dealership and in my new car in under two hours. Buying a new car is nerve racking eought. I went in prepaired and came out with a great deal. I took delivery of my new Honda Civic today and very happy. More

I could really tell he was there to help me. Every time I had any questions even after I left he would get right back to me. Both Andrew and Rui were very reassuring when I was nervous about the financing and put me at ease when I was worried about it not coming through. They made sure I knew everything that was going on step by step with my car. Andrew made sure I was fully informed about the car I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the choice of the car. Rui explained the paper work very thoroughly with since I was a first time buyer and helped me get my payments exactly where I wanted them to be.They even helped me find an insurance company that fit my needs. I highly recommend going to them with all your car buying needs. More
I knew I wanted to buy a new car,but I did not know what type of vehicle.My choice was Honda and Toyota.I started at Honda North,where I met Gus Noci.I explained my situation and Gus informed me of each sty type of vehicle.My choice was Honda and Toyota.I started at Honda North,where I met Gus Noci.I explained my situation and Gus informed me of each style of vehicle,advantages and disadvantages for my situation.We test drove two vehicles that day and I gained knowledge about Honda,its vehicles and its Sales staff.I did test drive Toyotas after that,but Gus' enthusiasm and knowledge drew me back.A new car is a large investment,so I needed to test drive again with my husband.Gus made a believer out of him also.I purchased a Honda 2011 Civic EX.The vehicle is fabulous but what made this sale possible was the patience and quiet determination of Gus.He took the time to listen,allowed me the courtesy of several test drives and we were both pleased that the Civic was for me ! I appreciate the enthusiasm and courtesy that Gus extended to me.I will return to see Gus for our next vehicle,he has earned my trust. More

Went in to purchase a used 2003 Honda Element at a very good price. They promised they would take care of everything from having my handicap hand controls removed from my old care to my new one at no extr good price. They promised they would take care of everything from having my handicap hand controls removed from my old care to my new one at no extra cost. They would go over the 2003 and have it ready for me to pick up on Thur no later than Fri, AM. Called late afternoon on Thur to see if the car had the handcontrols on it and Waheel said not yet it only takes a min. I will go out and do it myself right now, its only 2 screws its easy, I caustioned him not to do this and have the service shop do it. He called me back an hour later and said the service department did not "want" to do it. We went down to remove them ourselves and have someone else put them on at the expence of Honda North. They could not find the keys for the old car so we could not take the controls off. They never fixed anything on the Element. It had no jack, the hubs were locked and there was no key, the overhead light that turns on when you open the door did not work, the light on the dashboard that shows a door ajar stayed on when the doors were closed the gasket around the driver door was still riped and the inspection machine was broken so we got no inspection sticker. The paperwork (loan) still has never been delivered or even mailed to us and its been 3 weeks now, no calls to see how we like the car or if everything was OK. We took the car and had the hand controls put on it and sent the bill to Honda North. These people are a bunch of clowns!!! Stay away!!! More
From start to finish, my experience with everyone was first-rate. Didn't get the expected "Let me talk to my manager" over and over again. There was very little of that. Johnathan got the deal done very quickly for us and he went the extra mile (literally) to get the color we wanted, even though it was at another dealer. Chris and Rui were clear with their presentations, answered questions in a straightforward manner, and were very easy to be with during the financing and paperwork process. We actually laughed a fair amount and had a good time of it all. I found Chris and Rui to be particularly personable. Johnathan was excellent in explaining the features of this car and was very helpful in setting up the configurations (door locks, pre-set stations, etc.) ahead for me. Thank you for making this a very enjoyable experience. This is my third Honda -- I'd do it again! More
