After doing some shopping, I found the same car 2k less in Minneapolis, I called the salesperson and told them I wanted to do business with them, but could not justify spending 2k less for the same car with the same mileage and features. He told me "enjoy your fing new car" and hung up on me. Seven years later thought I would try this dealer one more time, needless to say, very much the same experience. I pride myself on honesty and treating people with respect and expect the same when purchasing a car. Highly disappointed and will never recommend! More

Motorwerks has a clinker on their staff I have actually bought two cars from Motorwerks so I was surprised by how poor my treatment was by one of their salespersons. Maybe he was just having a bad day as he slammed the dealer plate in the rear hatchback and we couldn't open it to even look inside. More

Hearing noise when driving I heard what sounded like a scraping noise. Tires look good. Unable to see anything around tires or under car. Service department closed but Benjamin Wilde came to our rescue. He rode with us, then took the car for a drive and came back to tell us it sounded like a build up on brakes. We recently purchased a use Hyundai from Honda Motorwerks, and were very pleased with the overall service and attention to detail we received. The day I picked up the car, the power seat malfuncti Motorwerks, and were very pleased with the overall service and attention to detail we received. The day I picked up the car, the power seat malfunctioned some, which it had not done during either of the test drives. When I took it back in the next day, they immediately provided a no-cost loaner car for me while they sent it to the Hyundai dealership for repairs. I was very impressed with how much they wanted to make this purchase right for me. I had the car back in 3 days, and have now driven it more than 300 miles with no problems at all. More
