I live in Bloomfield Hills, MI and spent a lot of time searching for the “right” vehicle. I settled on the Honda Pilot Elite. There were NONE in my area, nor were any expected in the near future. A friend helped me find one at the Marysville, OH Honda. I essentially purchased my vehicle over the phone, site unseen. Cristiano was my sales person. He was extremely helpful and responsive, sending pics and verifying the options I wanted. I could tell he was a newer employee because he made a point of confirming the information he was giving me with someone else, which I truly appreciated. I also spoke with Parag, the sales manager, to help work through the process. We made arrangements for me to pick the vehicle up a few days later as it is about 200 miles from my home. When we arrived, Cristiano actually met me at the door as we were walking in! He had everything set up so we could get back on the road in a reasonable period of time. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Parag introduced himself and made certain I did not have any other questions. I was trading a vehicle in and paying cash for the balance and Brandon was able to make that process go very quickly as well. After the transaction was complete, Cristiano walked me to my new car and even adjusted the seat for me before we left - he Is quite a gentleman! I even received a text later in the day to be sure I had arrived home safely and did not have any other questions! I love my new car and would definitely purchase from and recommend the Marysville Honda Dealership and Cristiano to others. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put a deposit on a vehicle and over 4 months later no vehicle. The salesman and sales manager never call or return emails. When I went in to the dealership to find out where my vehicle was I found out it was in “transit” for weeks and they ordered the wrong color. Then they told me they were getting a replacement vehicle from there sister store and it would be in the following week 2 weeks later still no vehicle and was told it is in “transit” don’t recommend this dealership.
