This dealership was a 1 hour and 45 minute drive from my Indiana home. The dealership is amazing, cars everywhere new, and used alike. I made 2 trips and spent only an hour each time. The truck price was very reasonable and the transaction very quick no wasting time waiting on paperwork etc. On the drive home I noticed my newly purchased truck had a oversteer condition. Contacted our salesmen Doug and he instructed me to take it to my local Chevy dealer and have it checked. Then my truck (before I had my truck appointment) pop up a warning light for DEF sensor problem another call to Doug. Same answer from Doug, “we sold you that vehicle we will stand behind our products“ cost to repair around 200 dollars. A check for that amount was quickly mailed to me for reimbursement of the repairs. I highly recommend Honda Marysville and also a honest and very helpful salesman Doug Jordan. More

Doug called back the next morning and assisted me with the credit application. Doug held the car for me until Saturday, my next day off. when I arrived at the dealership Doug had the Honda warming up for me as the temp was in the single digits that day. with Doug's assistance the day before with the credit application, I spent a minimal amount of time in the dealership purchasing my vehicle. It is about an hour and 45 minute drive from my home to Marysville Ohio. My shopping experience with Doug and the staff at Honda Marysville made it worth every minute. George More

After that conversation a car I had discussed holding with the sales manager was sold without consulting me. If your buying a Honda go to Roush instead. Much better sales staff top to bottom. More

When you are trying to sell a car thousands of dollars more than what other dealerships are selling it for and double than what it costs to build, there's wiggle room!!! Especially when you are trying to buy two vehicles at once!!! The GM is a joke. She will say she is going to help you but she will ignore you to the fullest and use staff to help her avoid you. She will then pawn you off on someone else. How she got in her position, one could assume because she isn't helpful at getting cars sold or customer service! Again. Go somewhere else, this place isn't worth it! More
Fantastic car-buying and service experience I recently purchased a used vehicle from Honda Marysville. Checked out great on a test drive, looked great, etc. Made the deal -very helpful staff, front to back. But, by the time I got home (about a 30-minute drive), the transmission was slipping pretty bad. Only did it once the car was warmed up pretty well, so I can see how they missed it at the dealership. Salesman was Brian Matesic. He called me the next day (a Saturday) to make sure I was happy. Told him about the tranny. He says to call Monday and he'll talk to the general manager. I figured I was stuck with a lemon that would cost me $thousands to fix. Monday, they tell me to bring the car in on Thursday, so I do. They give me a nice 2016 Honda as a loaner and take my car to another dealership for diagnosis (it wasn't a Honda). To make a long story short, the car needed a new transmission and the dealership put one in at their cost - no cost to me!!! And, lent me a nice new Honda to use for 10 days while they were fixing it. Everyone there was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. I can't speak highly enough of my experience at this dealership. I will be back! More
Excellent customer service I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for months, and found one at the Marysville Honda dealership. Doug Jordan responded to my inquiry regarding I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for months, and found one at the Marysville Honda dealership. Doug Jordan responded to my inquiry regarding availability. I live in Cincinnati and due to schedules, was not able to make it up for about 10 days. During this time Doug responded to numerous emails about the condition, options, and numerous other questions I had. Maybe 15-20 emails. He always responded within an hour or two. Sometimes immediately, even on his day off. I was nervous about driving so far for a vehicle, but Doug’s outstanding communication and attention to detail earned my trust, and ultimately my business. Once I arrived he had the Jeep spotless and all the paperwork ready to go. The Jeep was exactly as stated and described by Doug. At my request, he even took it on a test drive to check on a few things for me. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Along with Doug, I would like to mention Tom Wiertel, Finance Manager, and Jeff Hawk, Sales Manager. Tom made the financial paperwork quick and easy, and thoroughly explained each document and asked if I had any questions. Jeff stopped in to say hi, to talk about the vehicle, and was an amazing ambassador for the dealership. More

Bad customer service We had called the dealership on Thursday about a Pilot on their website. The salesman said the car was being sent to the shop and would get back to us We had called the dealership on Thursday about a Pilot on their website. The salesman said the car was being sent to the shop and would get back to us. He called Friday about 11:00 am and said the car would be ready in a couple of hours. We asked 3 times about whether the timing belt had been replaced and he assured us that it would be (the car had 99,000 miles on it). We arrived at the dealership around 2:30 pm after driving 50 miles from Grove City (100 miles roundtrip) only to find out that the car was not ready and that the timing belt could be fixed for $850 on top of the price of the car. To say we were upset about spending most of our day driving (we got caught up in an accident on Rt. 33 for about 45 min.) only to be told, "sorry", is a mild statement. On our way out another salesman asked what was wrong and as we were sharing our experience, he walked away in the middle of our conversation to flirt with another employee, then returned as if he was interested in what we had to say. More
