Horrible Service Department We’re leasing a Honda Civic that has had electrical problems since about a 8 months into our 3 year lease. They have “fixed it” at least 6 different t We’re leasing a Honda Civic that has had electrical problems since about a 8 months into our 3 year lease. They have “fixed it” at least 6 different times. Last week, they tried to tell us that because the air filter was loose, WE NEEDED TO PAY for a new starter and a couple other parts to be replaced because obviously someone other than them had serviced the car, (not true)so the repair wouldn’t be covered. Mind you, this is the same problem that has been going on for a solid 2 years at this point. After much fighting, they said “as a courtesy” they would fix it, but told us we had to pay for our rental because they no longer had courtesy cars for customers, as of a year ago. (News to us, We’ve had that car in 3 times prior in the last year and got a courtesy car every time). They called less than 24 hours later and insisted we need to drop everything and come running up there get the car that was now fixed....again. My husband told them he couldn’t leave work early yet again and they would have to wait until the morning since he’s off on Saturdays. He also asked how they got the starter in and replaced it that fast, to which they replied “oh we decided that the starter didn’t need replaced, this will fix the issue. Interesting....During our previous argument where they were determined to make us pay for the repairs, a nice new expensive starter was on the list with about 4 other things that absolutely HAD to be done in order to fix the car. They fixed 1 thing on that list, the cheapest thing, but again insisted the car was fixed. Fast Forward 9 days, my husband just called me, stranded with my daughter in the parking lot of her Taekwondo school because his Car wont start. These people are crooks do not do business with them. More

Waste of Time Went to Honda Marysville looking to trade our car for a van as we need more room for our family. Took almost 2 hours to get serious numbers back for o Went to Honda Marysville looking to trade our car for a van as we need more room for our family. Took almost 2 hours to get serious numbers back for our trade difference, and they offered me less than half of book value for my trade. Needless to say, I was less than impressed, so after telling them to sharpen their pencils we moved on to Roush Honda. In 30 minutes at Roush Honda, they appraised our trade in over 50 percent higher, and had numbers down on paper for us to consider. DO NOT GO TO HONDA MARYSVILLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND HAVE YOUR TIME WASTED!!!!!! More
RIP OFF We went to HONDA marysville on Sept 2017 to look for their cheapest car which I found on their website coz we only need basic car and we cant afford We went to HONDA marysville on Sept 2017 to look for their cheapest car which I found on their website coz we only need basic car and we cant afford too much so we told the salesperson , we dont need add ons.I didnt have any credit history yet at that time so I expected the 23% interest they gave me.That was the first big purchase I ever had so i didnt how it works and I would expect for them to explain what are the charges and how it works for financing.Instead they had me signed all the papers and made me feel like theyre doing me a favor that they approved me of the loan.So i didnt ask coz I trusted them(very wrong move))So i signed the papers.The car only cost 3800, but they added extended care for $1700 and GAP for 650.WE found out few months after. Okay its fine, Ill pay for it, i might need them. then just last month, after 7 months having the car, we needed the extended care help coz the car stopped.The company's name is "WYNN"(please avoid them)..They gave us all the reasons, bottomline they wont help.The car isnt working as the engine stopped and were stuck with loan and we dont have a car!Win win!I dont write bad reviews if it makes sense, but this...I shouldve known better..Just didnt expect coz theyre nice people, but very heartless..They think that people go there has all the money to waste...Learned the hardway. More
I USED to be a customer I went in looking for a new CRV Touring.
