Horrible!! sold me a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler, spare tire had a hole in it. When I called to ask if they checked the tires before selling the vehicle they got very upset. Also told me they took care of chang had a hole in it. When I called to ask if they checked the tires before selling the vehicle they got very upset. Also told me they took care of changing my trade in tags to the new Jeep and I would get the registration in the mail. One month later, no registration. BMV told me no transfer took place. Don't buy from this dealer! More

Big Disappointment If you buy a 2015 Honda Civic with 23,000 miles on it 3 months ago from Honda Marysville... So far I have had to replace 4 tires and now I'm being tol If you buy a 2015 Honda Civic with 23,000 miles on it 3 months ago from Honda Marysville... So far I have had to replace 4 tires and now I'm being told that my battery is junk. They can replace that for 140.00.... So my question is what does HONDA CERTIFIED and HONDA CARE WARRANTY actually mean??? I truly feel that I shouldnt have to spend 600.00+ dollars on a car that I just bought with low milage... I went to Honda Marysville because I was told I could get a reliable car. My family has bought 5 cars over the last several years. I dont have alot of money and spending this amount of money in this short period of time really takes away from my family. I am just so disappointed that Honda Marysville would not work with my on the cost of this fixes... More

Richard Norman was amazing! Richard Norman was our sales representative and he made our process (which seemed overwhelming at the start) smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. He was kind, he listened to our needs, he worked with us to get the best financing for us, and was so patient as he explained the ins and outs to us as many times as we needed to hear them in order to feel confident with our new lease. As we signed our lease agreement, Greg was equally helpful as he walked us through the process of the financing piece.
