We had been looking for a new used vehicle and I had an appointment set up with Mr. David Howard to view a 2013 Subaru Legacy on the lot. On my way back to Columbus the car that I had planned on trading in broke down and was no longer drivable. I notified both Mr. Howard and the bank about the change in plans and told them we wanted to move forward with the purchase of the 2013 Subaru Legacy as quickly as possible. With the help of Mr. Howard we were able to complete the purchase and pick up the Subaru Legacy on Friday just three days after notifying him of the change in plans as far as the trade-in was concerned and letting him know we wanted to proceed with the purchase.
