I have been looking for a used truck and have visited multiple dealerships and Gordon Yocom at Honda Marysville have by far been the worst. We scheduled a test drive for a truck and he brought it over multiple dealerships and Gordon Yocom at Honda Marysville have by far been the worst. We scheduled a test drive for a truck and he brought it over to us. It looked like it had been sitting under a tree being crapped on by birds for a month. The inside also needed cleaned. On top of that the check engine light came on when we drove it. I told Gordon about the check engine light. He didnt believe me and looked inside the truck to see it was the check engine light. So got the cables like we were at Advance Auto parts and checked light. Came to the conclusion it was a 100$ fix. Didnt offer to take anything off the price or anything just said it wasnt on when he brought it over. Also looked at me like I was expected to pay that and full price of the truck. Also let them look at my car for a trade in. When we were done he me walk to a completely different lot farther away to go pick it up. Hes an absolute xxxxx and we will never go there again to look at a car. Also can't miss the guy he has the first desk when you walk in. More
