Gave me a lemon truck. Rust all underneath. Said the dvd works an it doesn't. Never gave the truck a honda inspection until i bought it then 6000 dollar's worth of work they want done. Im a single mother of two and to tell me when i left that my brakes unsafe. I cant just get 6000 dollars right away especially with 2 kids and single mother. They know I live an 1hour and half away. Honda maintainence had my vehicle over a week to fix a few things. I still had to wait when I went to pickup the honda pilot touring. Because it needed new keys the ones for it where taped and broken. And to find out Jason the seller gave me a after market key. So it doesnt work on any settings and wants me to pay $ 177 for a new key. You would think the price of the vehicle i paid was brand new and its a 2010. Honda marysville had No inspection done before i bought the vehicle and unsafe to drive They let me drive when they never did anything to the vehicle. They are wrong for what they did to sell me this lemon and I'm not stopping here. I will go to the president of Honda Marysville

I would like for atleast get a original key to my truck. This lemon honda pilot touring that you associate sold me just hurried me up and out. He said dont worry everything be fixed. Yea what technical issues did they fix nothing and lies he said. I have kids wanting there dvd pluz its unsafe.

So i been searching for a honda pilot online. I seen the 2010 honda pilot touring all the features i wanted. It looked good inside and out. I went on a friday. Coran had a buyer so introduced me to Jason. We go look at it gets me the keys. Not knowing vehicles figured honda a place that knows hondas pilots would not give me a lemon. There is so many issue with the under carriage of this vehicle 6000 dollars worth when i just got the vehicle. The vehicle had bad brakes and they let me drive it off the lot like that knowing i have 2 kids. I never had a vehicle with this many problems with brakes to struts an shocks. And the rust underneath looks alot like its been summerged in water rusted an breaking. The features dont work cuz i dont have an orginal key. How was i supposeto knowthat key is a after market. Jason lied on various occasions about this vehicle. The price that i paid for 2010 honda pilot i should have gotten a newer 2015 it would have been worth it or just not get a honda. Its the same price it made no sense but in a hurry to sell get it off the lot.

The sales person was friendly and did a good job!! The detail department lacks. Car was very dirty!! I work at a dealership in detail. I took the car to my work and we cleaned the car like it should have been. We never send out a car in that condition!! It was rediculus!! As Far as Honda’s survey…I’ll give a 100 percent!!
