Chris Ticknor was amazing. We were lucky enough to call at the right time and Put a Honda Odyssey on hold! So I drove over 3 hours to buy a car from this dealership. I was told it was detailed, but it wasn't detailed because they had to take it back to get cleaned and when brought back it was still not dealership. Not only when I arrived did the vehicle have an additional 700 miles on it. Also, it was written on paper that the dealer was going to write me a check for $212 because of the mileage discrepancy, but instead they write me check for $151.98. I even have text messages from Wesley who said that I would be getting the $212. On the check request form that I received in the mail today they didn't even know how to spell "reimbursement" or the word "difference". So that says a lot right there. Moral of the story even if you get something written on paper or text, don't trust them to think that they will follow through on it! More
