The dealer allowed a service person to PEANENTLY change all my radio stations. Why was he allowed to run down my battery? Why was he allowed to mess up the way I use the car? Can't they make their emplo all my radio stations. Why was he allowed to run down my battery? Why was he allowed to mess up the way I use the car? Can't they make their employees bring in their own little radio? A few weeks later, the battery went dead. May be related, or maybe not. But I lost the use of my radio until I did the extra work of changing channels. What a way to treat customers. I will never go back to that dealer, and I always buy Hondas. More

Matt was wonderful to work with, and made the buying process clear and easy. Drove over an hour away for Richard Norman to tell me that the vehicle sold. There was no communication prior to me arriving that the car was sold… I called and spoke to Richard first thing in the mornin that the vehicle sold. There was no communication prior to me arriving that the car was sold… I called and spoke to Richard first thing in the morning to check the availability of a vehicle, he was very vague and kept insisting that I come in. After several attempts of trying to reach Richard in his office, he finally calls back and insists that I come in immediately, so I drove over an hour and as soon I pull into the parking lot Richard greets me and proceeds to tell me that the car I just traveled a great distance for has just been sold. Im so unsatisfied with the customer experience that I received. Parag, the MOD only caused more frustration with his attempt to make up for the mistake. I would like to be compensated for my time that was wasted, the gas that was used, and my horrible experience; And it looks like I’m not the only one to experience this type of unprofessional behavior. I expected so much more from Honda Marysville. More
