Frustrating!!!! Picked up car - had service - needed to tell people 3 times NOT to wash inside or outside of my car. Bought all brand new tires and asked the woman when I picked it up how many miles were tell people 3 times NOT to wash inside or outside of my car. Bought all brand new tires and asked the woman when I picked it up how many miles were the tires good for (50K, 60K, etc) only to have her respond “tires are not rated like that”! Since when???? She just kept being rude. Also the maintenance reset in my car was NOT reset so it stills says I need the $1,400 worth of service I just had done! I have been dealing with this dealership for many many many years and they have been great...bit this time. I get things everywhere are difficult - but basic common courtesy is not too much to ask. More

Really poor customer service and duplicitous staff I recently purchased a used vehicle from these guys and while I am happy with the car more or less (a vehicle which I knew far more about than anyone I recently purchased a used vehicle from these guys and while I am happy with the car more or less (a vehicle which I knew far more about than anyone there apparently), the service, specifically from the finance manager and the GM were especially poor. I went in with a preapproval letter from my personal bank and provided it to both my initial sales person and subsequently the finance manager Ben. We discussed it and why I wasnt going with their internal option and was told that I needed to fill out some paperwork for an "either/or" loan which would act as a bridge for a couple days while the loan from my bank was processed. I had never heard of this but it sounded mildly reasonable and they were the experts so I said ok. A week later I get an email from Capital One saying thanks for the loan and such and my bank still had no activity on the loan. I email Ben and he brushes it off and says he processed a loan, the lender is immaterial to him. This went against the documentation provided and conversation that occurred during the sale and really ticked me off. I called the GM of the site, Sean, and he initially called me back while I was at work but then 3 subsequent calls to him over a week went unanswered. Straight liars and horrific service on the part of the GM to not even call a customer back who has that kind of experience at their dealership. I am sure there was a financial incentive for Ben and it is beyond disappointing for that staff to act in that way. Goes without saying that I will never be back and will have my story on full blast to anyone that considers going there. More
Worst dealership experience EVER!!! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. After already test driving a Jeep, and knowing that I either wanted a wrangler This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. After already test driving a Jeep, and knowing that I either wanted a wrangler or a type r, I came here to drive a civic (not necessarily the type r) so that I could make my final decision. I came to the dealership with cash in my pocket ready to purchase a new car, but was not taken seriously by any means. When I asked to take a car on a test drive I was told that I would not be able to do that until I was about to sign and buy the car. After coming from a dealership that had asked me if I wanted to drive a new hellcat just for fun I found it odd that this dealership would not even let me start up a car. After standing around the cars inside for 5 minutes and not being helped at all I knew that I would not be purchasing a car from this dealership. As I was leaving one of the employees pointed to a corner of the lot and told me that I could find more cars there. This had been the first dealership that I went to where rather that showing me what I was looking for, they sent me on a wild goose chase. I came to this dealership because it's close to home, but after experiencing such horrible service I have no problem driving somewhere else to get my car. It seems they think just because there's money in Marin county they don't need to actually help customers. More
Oil change and Recall issue After talking to two people (had to call twice in hopes that someone more helpful would answer)... that told me they wouldn’t do an oil change without After talking to two people (had to call twice in hopes that someone more helpful would answer)... that told me they wouldn’t do an oil change without handling the recall... and that they couldn’t schedule my oil change because a recall was needed that would take a full day. And then being told that the didn’t have an option for me to rent a car... (since the service would take over a day). (I have rented a car in the past with the help of Marin Honda and i thought this was incorrect). Someone finally made me an appt for just an oil change. When i arrived at Honda, i met Leo and he was beyond helpful. He told me that not only would they handle my oil change as scheduled, but that they could handle the recall because it actually would only take them 1-2 hours. Appreciate his honesty after dealing with the other two employees. I was able to pick up my car within 3 hours and Leo was very helpful in explaining everything. He turned my experience around and his customer service was excellent. Thank you. More

They could have just put more air in the tires and left it at that, but looking further revealed the nails. I was impressed that the service checklist was thoroughly gone through - I depend on this and appreciate it. More
