I have had 2 Hondas in the last 34 years, both new. I will not take my car to anyone else to have it worked on. Honda has the trained mechanics, the tools and the parts. Any recalls or warranties are handled any time I am there. The staff and especially Nick, is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Francisco always remembers me...but I do have a personalized license plate. I really appreciated my car being washed during this smokey, ashy time. The shuttle has been cancelled because of the Pandemic. I really value that service since I live in Novato. Your bathrooms are always clean and during non Pandemic times I love the free coffee.
