David was extremely pleasant and very helpful to ensure my van would be repaired however due to the cold weather which is a condition I completely understand, a part cracked which was not part of the servi my van would be repaired however due to the cold weather which is a condition I completely understand, a part cracked which was not part of the service work to be completed. David assured the cracked part would arrive within a few days and I would be able to return for the cracked part to be replaced with a new part. Thankfully, I would not bear the cost of that additional repair, but I reside in another county so aside from gas and mileage, it is not that convenient for me to return for this repair. The service that I needed to have completed was completed in less time that was estimated and I was given a 10% discount. I appreciated feeling as if I were in good hands and I would return for future service. More
